I have a great enthusiasm for technology, which motivates me to strive for excellence and maximize my abilities. My approach is goal-oriented, persistent, and dedicated, and I am constantly seeking new and innovative ways to fulfill my responsibilities. I am a dependable, responsible, and trustworthy individual who places great importance on meeting commitments. Additionally, I am adaptable, able to learn quickly and embrace change, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling me to concentrate and perform well under pressure, managing stress levels and delivering on time. I work effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a team.

I work as a Data Administrator, at GSM Systems (South Africa), where I manage inventory data completeness, accuracy and timeliness; presenting any risks, gaps, or inefficiencies to mitigate data inaccuracy. I also process Helpdesk tickets or requests logged by different customers.

Previously, I worked at Sintrex as an IT Operator, monitoring Network Systems for clients, performing System Administration tasks and maintaining the Database of monitored objects. I ran Health checks and compiled reports, provided First-line support, tested new and current systems and developed an awareness of a wide spectrum of IT technologies.

Systems Support - this qualification provides learners with an entry into the field of networking, systems and support. Amongst many other functionalities, the learners will be able to describe the different computer systems and associated hardware and network configurations. They will be able to troubleshoot common end-user application software related problem and maintain a multi-user computer operating system.
