In my current position at Cipla, I am responsible for the teams that are responsible for Occ Health, Security, Hygiene, Environment and Safety. Last year, my key challenge was to build EHS systems, and implement mandatory procedures and training. Here we are a year later:

• Closed all gaps identified inline with ISO45001 and ISO1400.
• Ready for the initial assessments 
• Achieved all global goals on carbon neutrality
• Improved the health and safety culture
