Experienced Client Relations Officer with extensive experience in customer service in the travel and tourism industry, hospitality, and administrative operations. Proven ability to manage customer queries, coordinate VIP visits and events, and provide professional support across departments. I hold a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Office Administration, and a Diploma in International Hotel Management. In my current role as a Client Relations Officer at Freedom Park, I manage visitor enquiries, complaints, guided tours, VIP visits, events, and administrative support functions. This role has strengthened my ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and discretion.

Previously, during my tenure at South African Airways, I handled complex customer queries, investigated service incidents, and supported passengers with special travel requirements. This experience enhanced my ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-driven in high-pressure environments.
