MPULE LEPUTU

I am a young lady of 24 years residing in Gauteng Province, Johannesburg. I am working as a librarian at Damelin College, Randburg campus. I have a 3 years experience in the librarianship industry. I have an honors degree in Bachelor of Information Studies from the University of Limpopo. I firmly believe that a combination of my natural ability, personality, experience, and qualification all make me an ideal candidate for librarian posts. I possess a strong understanding of management, day-to-day running of a library (shelve reading and shelving, issuing, cataloguing, classification, databases, press reading, library orientation, information retrieval, use of printing machines and plagiarism detection plus avoidance sessions). In my previous as a librarian I have gained insight into different levels of library management.

I consistently believe in taking challenges and exploring new. I am of a view that as we experience, we grow and as we grow, we experience. I pride myself on my organizational and communication abilities and look forward to continuing my career as a librarian or library assistant.
