Mpomana Leputu

I have 17 years of experience administration in three fields which are, payroll, human resources and logistics. 

I am a self driven woman who goes all out to get the job done. 

Within these 17 years, I managed to create systems that helped my previous to achieve its goals. 

I have good problem solving skills, that even after moving to logistics department I used to assist human resources department with difficult cases.

I hold a national diploma in Public management. I later did a short course in Skills development facilitator, and also completef a junior manager program from university of freestyle.

I can relate with people from different levels within the organogram of an organisation. 

I am a team player and strongly believe in the Ubuntu principle that together we can achieve more.

Again, I'm a target driven person who also believes in quality.

My public management diploma has provided ways on how to handle conflicts. Again, the skills development facilitator sharpened my skill of identifying lack and ability to come up with solutions.
