My name is Mpho Shane Madzhie. I studied Electro Mechanical Engineering at Vaal University of Technology. Completed my National Diploma and my B Tech/Advance Diploma.

I am a very Pro Active, hard and smart worker, very strong in leadership, quick learner, work under pressure, Ability to work in a team and very focused.

Appointed as Company Point of Responsibility (8.1) for construction activities on site. Project Schedule Control and Reporting. Manage project risks. Responsible for problem solving, negotiation and facilitation on assigned projects. Exercising Sound management judgment and awareness Responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with all stakeholders on all projects: Sponsors, Business Owners, EPC Contractors, Project Team Members. Manage plant shutdown and responsible for over 100 resources on site and coordinating activities on site. Ensure compliance with the OHS ACT and all its regulation regarding the design for safety, the safe operations of machinery, and resources. Review engineering drawings for approval for construction and develop method statements for construction. Utilise MicroStation drafting software to draught as build drawing and design for new line routes. Develop pipe repair procedure and quality management plan for high pressure piping.
