Matriculated in 2002 in Soweto and did call centre certificate and few short courses.
Worked in Gilbarco AFS as a customer service agent from 2015 to 2021 my duties were assisting customer with their override and making sure that their invoices are paid.
Currently I'm working at Merchants as a customer service agent giving experience to clients who are asking about their bill explain the bill and what is charged and how was it charged. And also adding lines of business to clients who calls in regarding that.
