Motshidisi Mazibuko

I'm a 44-year-old mother of 3, born in the Free State but currently staying in Witbank. I obtained my National Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy from the Technikon Witwatersrand in 2001, then my B-Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology in 2019. I have over 16 years plant processing experience. I'm passionate about growth, development and mentorship. 

My experience is predominantly in the diamond processing industries with some exposure in the platinum and coal processing industries. I have been mostly involved in metallurgical assurance, technical support and production. This included plant audits, plant laboratory management, creating new and updating existing plant procedures as well as plant specs database, metallurgical accounting, developing and updating PFDs, creating and developing metallurgical assurance and production systems for plant monitoring and increased performance.
