I am a dynamic person with exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written. I work well in a group as this stimulates my critical, analytical, and creative thinking ability. I prefer being in an environment where I can add value and oversee all my deliverables through to production as this gives me personal satisfaction towards achieving my goals. I boast an inquisitive and willing mind to learn and grow professionally and personally. I also enjoy problem solving and sharing my knowledge with my colleagues. I am in a customer facing role, giving customers advice on the current setup & future needs. 

• Extensive Knowledge of Oracle Databases, Linux  & Unix Operating system, VMware, WebLogic, JBoss, ETL designer and BIOP reporting, SQL scripting. 
• Analysing Business Requirements and Developing Functional Requirements Specifications
• Knowledge of Telecommunications Networks (GSM, GPRS, 3G & LTE), Network Technologies, Protocols, and Billing Systems 
• Delivering formal/informal presentations to customers
• Effective interaction with customers
• Continuous analysis and assessment of current systems to find ways to improve the systems
