I am a Sales Representative for Avon ongoing for 9+ years, I am planning to start a career in transcription and customer care(online customer support and moderation).
Experience
I have several years of experience in sales, administration, and communication-based roles. As a Sales Representative, I’ve worked independently to promote products, build and maintain client relationships, manage orders, and provide consistent customer support. This role strengthened my communication skills, self-discipline, and ability to meet targets.
I also served as Treasurer, Secretary, and P.R.O. for a motorcycle club, where I was responsible for financial management, record-keeping, reporting, and public relations. These roles required confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
In addition, I have experience in chat moderation and transcription, which sharpened my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to communicate clearly and calmly online. Overall, I’m reliable, adaptable, and comfortable handling responsibility in both people-facing and administrative environments.
Education
I have completed relevant education and skills-based training that support my work in communication, administration, and online roles. I hold a Transcription Certificate, which equipped me with strong listening, typing, formatting, and attention-to-detail skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential audio content accurately and professionally.
My education, combined with hands-on experience, has given me a solid foundation in written communication, time management, and working to quality and accuracy standards.
