I believe I am best suited for this position as I have experience and the skills. Working with people has become a norm for me, as I enjoy interacting with different kinds of people. I am currently studying marketing and I've worked as a customer service consultant. I understand how customer satisfaction is important and first call resolutions is also important. I am well aware of skills like LEAP as it's also part of my modules. My personality is also another advantage as I am very good at building rapport with my customers.

I'm at a point in my life where I have grown and I've got my priorities straight. I am soon to complete my studies so I am at a stage where I don't want to walk in and out of call centre's. I need stability, I need a career, where I can grow and my skills be put to good use.
