Being a highly organized and analytical professional with 12 years of work experience in the logistics field, I possess a blend of technical skills and leadership skills and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Operations. I am a team player with excellent communication skills with a safety minded approach.

Manage exceptions relevant to the planning function including order management.
Analyse/adjust inventory levels to coincide with lead time changes. Build a close relationship with the buyer to ensure on time deliveries and MRP parameter maintenance.
Interface with Business Operations, QA, Production and Technical teams on changes of inventory content and quantity or maintenance/production schedules.
Work with technical team to plan and maximise materials to maintain optimum usage. Responsible for the availability of material/production/maintenance orders as in accordance with the production/maintenance/stock plan.
Optimize warehouse capacity and layout.
Manage and oversee inventory and cycle counts.
Oversee planned maintenance of equipment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to warehouse staff and subordinates.

I obtained a Diploma in Production and Operations Management, Diploma in Labour Relations and Certificate Principles in Production and Inventory Management and currently busy with BCom Project Management.
