Drafting and issuing consent letters to Attorneys
Drafting of trust deed
Preparing application forms for new files to be lodged with the master of the high court
Consultation with clients and Attorneys and continually keeping clients informed of processes, procedures, progress and handling their queries
SARS E-filing
Changing of trustee representative
Data capturing
Administering trusts
Taking responsibility for taking all asset forming part of the trust into possession and to administer these to the optimal benefit of the beneficiaries
Checking accuracy of the reports
Formulating year end statements
Opening new trust files
Creating investment proposals for new funds received
Reviewing existing investment compositions of all the trusts under administration
Lay the proposed investments before the investment committee and discuss the reasoning to obtain the committee’s approval
Checking the accuracy of the financial statement and make changes as required by capturing the changes on the system if necessary
Facilitating ad-hoc payments (debit orders) to clients
Handling daily incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, e-mail and telephone enquiries from client, municipalities, brokers, insurance companies etc.
Compiling monthly reports
Road accident fund claims
