Engaging with customers telephonically and via email. Appointing assessors, compiling reports, and reviewing, verifying and issuing transaction documents. Reviewing premiums due and processing other forms concerning continuation and transfer of insurance. Negotiating settlements and processing payments on all claims that have been processed. Informing customers on how their policy premiums may be affected by their claim. Resolving any queries or complains timeously and efficiently.
