My name is Mokgadi ‘’Gugu'' Petlele, I prefer being called Gugu. Am a hard working person who has accomplished and dynamic professional with over five year’s professional working experience. I study should NQF level 4 short term insurance with Damelin. Looking to study further in this soon to accomplish higher certificate in short term insurance my plan is to be an assessor in this field. I am the breadwinner at home taking care of 6 people by the grace of God am able to be content sometime.

November 2021 went back to Hollard under a contract. Register personal, commercial and corporate claims adjustments to insurance cover and standard endorsements.  Engaging with customers telephonically and via email. Appointing assessors, compiling reports, and reviewing, verifying and issuing transaction documents. Reviewing premiums due and processing other forms concerning continuation and transfer of insurance. Negotiating settlements and processing payments on all claims that have been processed. Informing customers on how their policy premiums may be affected by their claim. Resolving any queries or complains timeously and efficiently.
