An Accomplished senior recognised management professional with over 23 years of experience in Human Resource / Skills Development, Project, Programme and Portfolio management. Well known for my ability to implement Skills and Enterprise Development Strategies within numerous organisations across multiple sectors.

Latest achievements include the development of the Skills and SMME Development Strategies for the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone and an operating model for automotive enterprise hubs as part of the “Township Economic Revitalisation” programme for Gauteng. Further, the development of business cases outlining the development of SMME’s towards integration into the economic value chain within established sector counterparts.

Whilst focusing on the job, I am able to keep my eye on the horizon, growing and adapting organically to the environment that I am placed in. My proven track record of responsibility, integrity and commitment to company objectives has allowed me to be innovative in unlocking my growth. It is my strong belief that the detail lies in the execution, focus and timing.
