Collecting arrear payments from clients, loading PTP, following up on PTP prior to the due date, handling client queries professionally & timeously, providing excellent customer services and going the extra mile and exceeding customer expectations. Meeting monthly collections targets, ordering relevant system generated letters relating to specific accounts and ensuring the letters are signed and mailed to the relevant client/customer. I have worked in soft collections, pre-legal as well as the legal department, including written off accounts.
