I have worked with MBD as Debt Collector, collecting on Edcon Book. My duties were approaching on all incoming and outgoing calls, collecting on accounts that where in arrears foe more than 90 days, making arrangement on owing accounts.

I than joined Standard Bank as Account Management Consultant.

Working in a Personal Loan Department, doing inbound, outbound and admin. Outbound, telephonic collecting on delinquent account, Educating and rehabilitating customer through effective & efficient collection skills, obtaining a promise to pay for required amounts due to the account. Inbound, Provide efficient and quality service to the customer, Comply with the product specific policies and procedures, Confirm and updates customers records and Admin, Capturing inter account transfers, Amending debit orders, Updates of banking details, transferring of amounts to loan account.

Am currently working at Wabtec South Africa as HR assistance. My duties are, Administration and management of personal files, dealing with employees queries on daily basis, General HR duties, Management of learnership programs, Submission of reports, Assist with stuff induction process. The highlights was when I was given a chance to be to ED Officer (economic development officer) for PRASA Project, I attended Labour Guide workshop (occupational injuries and diseases in the workplace), attended The Protection of Personal Information Act Seminar to enhance my Knowledge on the Human Resources. 

I obtain my grade 12 in 2006. Studied NQF Level 6 (incomplete) art and design from 2007 - 2010. In between 2008 i studied NQF Level 4 Adverting (complete). Am currently studying Higher Certificate in HR NQF level 5.
