Mnqobi Basil Buthelezi

Mr. Buthelezi is a strategist with problem analysis skills (analytical methods), and an innovative thinker with an ability to drive the strategy and performance of an organisation. Basil has a statistics background in data collecting data analysis, collation, synthesis, and report writing. Qualitative and quantitative research methods bring about the basis for developing evaluation indicators that help to map evidence, which informs programs and policy direction.

Chief Educational Therapist (Monitoring and Evaluation) at Mpumalanga Department of Education since 2017 until present. Had worked for Life Healthcare Private Hospitals as a Senior Therapist focusing on M&E from 2015 until 2017. Had experience of more than 7 years in Monitoring and Evaluation and 7 years in Healthcare sector  both public and private and 5 years in Education public sector.  

Final year Masters of Management- Public Development Management (Monitoring and Evaluation) with Wits School of Government (2021-2022). Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Development (Monitoring and Evaluation) from Wits School of Government (2018-2018)
