Mmakwena Martha Mabitsela

I am a female who has successfully completed her articles, passed all her board exams, and
got admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 01st September 2023. I
also hold a Bachelor of laws (LLB, Honours Degree) obtained at the University of Limpopo and
I’m currently enrolled in Magister Legum (LLM, Labour Law). Studying law and furthering my
studies came by no accident, it has always been a passion of mine for as long as I remember.
During my time as a Candidate Attorney and pursuing my LLM, I dug deeper into; being a
skilled legal writer, civil practice, criminal practice, drafting contracts, drafting pleas,
consulting with clients and giving them legal advices, labour law matters, case knowledge,
debt reviews, tax disputes with SARS and problem solving.
I have an eye for detail, work well under pressure, and I’m open to learning more. I expect to
grow my skill set to improve your quality, cost and lead times as much as I have been doing
during the course of my experience. I am committed to continuous learning and professional
growth, and I am excited about the opportunity to work alongside experienced individuals
who can mentor me and guide me in my career.
