Duties                   : Controlling petty cash inflow and outflow.

• Emailing such as sending invoices, quotation and responding to emails.
•  Taking stock on daily basis, stock receiving (GRV) and controlling of consumable stock.
•  Photocopying, filling, scanning, faxing, laminating papers etc.
•  Attend customer queries and claims such as pricing for sleeping per night.
•  Handling incoming calls and outgoing telephone calls, taking bookings from companies such as TWF, Eskom, Zap travel, Nexus travel and many more travel agents.
•  Recording cash ups using excel on daily basis. 
• General office and reception duties, organising invoices that need to be paid usual do it every Thursday.
•  Make orders to supplies e.g. Bidvest, Michem etc. 
• Admitting guests by helping them to fill the checking in form.
• Reconciliation comparing the bank statement with the business transactions for auditing after two months.
• Running credit card details manual using a speed point.
• Make a follow up regarding bookings, issues of vouchers and payment for guests.
