• Receiving Performance agreements or workplan online.
• Quality assurance of performance agreements in line with the required standards.
• Capturing of the performance agreements on Persal for salary levels 2-16 within a prescribed timeframe.
• Update performance agreement databases in line with monthly metadata in terms of compliance, staff movement, and termination.
• Advise employees on the contracting requirements in line with the relevant guiding documents.
• Ensure that the performance agreement complies with the SMART principles.
• Draft Moderating Committee appointment letters.
• Receiving mid-term and annual assessments online. 
• Quality checking of mid-term and annual assessments in line with the signed performance agreement.
• Update assessment databases in terms of compliance. 
• Conduct a workshop on the PMDS system for the newly appointed employees.
• Create new employee accounts or profiles on the system.
• Update existing profiles based on the staff movement such as promotions, demotion, change of reporting line, Organisational structure changes and relocation, etc.
• Create an acting position and link with the acting employee.
