I am an experienced manager in Quality of Work Life (QWL) within the Employee Health and Wellness Programme (EHWP), overseeing critical areas such as Employee Assistance, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. With over 15 years of experience in Employee Health and Wellness — including 9 years in QWL management — I specialise in Strategic Planning, Policy Development and Implementation, Financial Management, and high-level coordination.

My expertise extends to change management and project planning, underpinned by a strong ability to identify workplace behavioural trends and design proactive interventions. This analytical approach inspired me to pursue a PhD focused on organisational dynamics, enhancing my capacity to introduce innovative human resources strategies that foster employee performance and motivation.
