• Dealing with all walk-in clients • Quotes • Receive work orders from clients and liaise with technicians to get job done 

• Capture all work orders 

• Send weekly/monthly reports out on all jobs that are completed. 

• Assisted on the CA call desk, and provided technicians with Jobs from there
