While still ensuring that the business targets and deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail. I think of myself as innovative in my thinking. I am continuously striving to find ways to use technology to improve my teams’ processes and systems thereby ensuring that we propel business success. 

I had the opportunity to work closely with the operations and sales teams in my past businesses. I have come to realize that success is unavoidable when all departments are synchronized.  I instill this value in my team as well.
