I am an IT Systems Support $ Network Engineer with over 14years of experience managing my current firm’s computer/network infrastructure and overseeing the IT team. I had secured a National Diploma in Information Technology with excellent expertise in Networking.
My superior problem solving, coupled with outstanding organizational skills, help me exercise all aspects of IT project management and troubleshoot system issues. 2. Network Management:
Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area
networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and
ensure network security.
Collaborate with network service providers to maintain connectivity and
resolve network-related problems.
3. Hardware and Software Support:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and
other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs or replace
ments as necessary.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure their
proper documentation.
4. System Administration: Identity and Access Management
Administer and maintain Environmental component for user Identity
and access management solution such as LDAP or Active Directory
(AD)
Implement and enforce security measures, including user authentication,
access controls, and data encryption.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any performance
issues or bottlenecks.
Maintain system documentation, including configuration,
procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
VPN technologies - L2tP, IPsec, OVPN and encryption
methods. Routing - static and dynamic.
Firewalling and NAT.
Mail flow and associated protocols.
IP-based CCTV systems. IP-based Access Control
systems. Virtual environments - AWS, Azure and

Administration – Multi Cloud.
Full Azure Tenant administration, Licensing, Reporting, troubleshooting.
Microsoft Office 365 - Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Administration, etc.
Support day-to-day operations using One Drive, and SharePoint Online.
Administration, architecture design, maintain, report on AWS / Azure

Monitor software applications for performance, integrity, and
security in accordance with relevant compliance policies, standards,
laws, and best practices.
Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain necessary production and
non-production environments related to cloud applications on servers
and/or workstations.
Server Up Time: ensure server is highly available.
Ensuring system performance is optimal by monitoring metrics.
Ensure the right measures are in place to monitor which alerts are
received via syslog & siem (security information & event managements).
Implement new systems and applications.
Manage, maintain and recovery of Active Directory (AD).
Ensure business continuity through implementing backups and
replication schedule systems (Disaster Recovery).
Manage firewall and profiles for internet access.
Ensure all infrastructure and security systems are up-to-date.
Manage technical aspect of helpdesk with regards to daily
backups and replication.
Test backups at Disaster Recovery (DR) site and conduct quarterly DR
tests. Cyber Security role
Ensured that all backups were carried out and that all data was safe and
secure. Performed customer follow-ups to ensure that IT issues had been
resolved to their satisfaction.
Highlighted trends and recurring support issues and advised helpdesk
supervisor of problems.
Performed troubleshooting of MS Office. Windows 7 and Windows Server
2008 issues.
