I am a hard working person who pays special attention to detail and any task given ,i set goals for my self and i pride myself in punctual and finishing task before their due dates.

I have experience in the banking and insurance ,customers services industry and my administration and office experience make a a good candidate for any professional enviroment.

i have experience in  the call centre sales and customer services and i also have lots of experience within the banking and insurance industry .

I have worked as a financial advisor and a customer services advisor ,i also have experience as a fraud administrator in chargeback processing and arbitration filling.

i have a senior certificate and i also have in service training for chargebacks and i also have studied financial management but due to financial difficulties i was not able to finish .
