I have a vast experience and have also obtained a lot of exposure in HR Management, Employee Relations and the Training Section at De Beers Kimberley Mines and Ekapa as per my CV. Most of my roles and responsibilities included Recruitment, Appointments, Terminations, Training Co-ordination from identifying the need for a skill to the issuing of a certificate/qualification.
