I have had the pleasure to work for the company CCI. I have gained 9 years experience in this contact center. I have 5 years management experience in a sales and customer service environment. I coached, mentored and developed my staff. Worked towards KPIs and achieved over and beyond. I have first aid training and hold an NQF level 4 in contact centre management.
