About Mercy Mtjekelo :
I am a Performance Management and Organisational Development Specialist, a Skills Development Facilitator, and also a certified Change Management Practitioner; with the ability to address not only cultural changes but also structural changes and implement Learning and Organizational Development interventions effectively and efficiently within an organization. I have also acquired experience as a Human Resource Management Generalist.
I am an Administrator for the TASK Job Evaluation System for all Municipalities within the Gauteng Westrand Region and a chairperson of the Westrand Job Evaluation Unit.

My professional skills assist me in developing functional/ value-add relationships with key stakeholders in any business engagement. My excellent communication (verbal and non-
verbal) and interpersonal skills enables me to communicate effectively with Senior Management, Middle Management, Lower Level Management and the Bargaining Unit. I have strong leadership, planning, organizational, controlling, innovative, decision making and analytical skills; with dedicated to tasks on-hand and pays particular attention to detail attributes. I have the ability to exercise discretion, consult on business processes and document analysis, maintain confidentiality and to interact at executive level.
I am a team player with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with other team members. I work very well with minimum supervision, in an unstructured environment that is constantly changing.
I have acquired experience in organisational development, change management, project management, corporate services and consulting environment This experience allows me to take and apply best practices and key learning’s, where appropriate in any new challenges and opportunities the new environment might present, a well as determine the most effective course of action at various stages in the project.
Experience
I am a Certified Change Management Practitioner and a Learning and Organizational Development Manager, with the ability to partner with the business to identify organizational development and learning needs; and devising solutions that will deliver successful outcomes is one of my key responsibilities. Coupled to this, designing change management plans for the implementation of identified interventions. In addition, my role includes to manage, plan, and implement group wide learning, organizational development, talent,and transformation initiatives that support the human resources strategy and drives organizational effectiveness, thereby improving business results.
I am appointed an Administrator for the TASK Job Evaluation System supporting the implementation of job evaluation for all Municipalities within the Gauteng Westrand Region, and a chairperson of the Westrand Job Evaluation Unit.
