Before gaining professional health care assistant experience, I provided care and support for my elderly grandmother and 
Mother . This hands-on experience caring for someone vulnerable inspired me to pursue a career in health care.
I have learnt how to be patient and listen and be supportive, also professional and responsible to do my duty and take care of
them both. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working in care. Also being able to listen and 
understand allows you to be an efcient care.
