I am pleased to be applying for the position of Civil Engineering Technician at your company. With 4+ 
years in the field, I believe that my extensive experience working with projects management under 
Nguswa Construction and Projects Solution (Pty)( Ltd) which is the company that I co-own with a 
friend of mine. We have been able to build the company from scratch and created healthy relationships 
with our clients through quality and efficient project management that we provide to our clients. 
I am recognized for my attention to efficiently working with site supervision and preparing of drawings 
that are relevant to all our sites especially structural drawings which are executed from architectural 
drawings from the architects. Moreover, I have a proven track record of expert communication, having 
worked as a liaison between various teams, Architects, Mechanical Engineers, and Structural engineers 
designers using Revit Software and Autocad as well as Civil 3d. 
What draws me most to your company is the passion I have for infrastructure I believe in new 
challenges which in return benefits the company in terms of growth and creating more clientele in that 
case the company is guaranteed of a bright and long lasting life span. During my time at Nguswa 
Construction, I learned the demands of working with all sort of designs what initially started as 
architectural focused company ended up expanding to steelwork which is mostly used which reinforcing 
foundations and other sophisticated designs in order to stiffen the structure. Furthermore, I make a 
priority of studying the latest in Revit, Autocad and project management trends and best practices, 
ensuring that myself and my team are bringing the most current standards to working which the 
software since each year it introduces new features which are needed to fast-track work.
