• Coordinated and responded to information request by Hawks at Winnie’-Madikizela Mandela Municipality and provided all requested records. 
• Established WMM local municipality records management unit.
• Developed and facilitated approval and adoption of WMM local municipality’s classification systems.
• Developed draft PAIA section 14 manual, draft schedule for records other correspondence files, draft disposal policy, draft Miss Policy.
• Conduct disposal of Pre-TLC and TLC records, finance records, photographs and microfilms.
• Established WMM local Municipality disposal committee and its records retention and disposal policy.
• Conducted implementation, monitor and evaluate of business classification system (file plan).
• Secretary of the Alfred Nzo District Records Management committee.
• Chairperson of Eastern Cape Regional records committee covering OR Tambo, King Sabata Dalindyebo and Alfred Nzo region.
