I am a Strategy & Transformation professional with 10 years’ experience advising executives and driving enterprise-level growth across Financial Services, Fintech, and Telecommunications in Africa.

Throughout my career, I have built and executed strategies that strengthen market positioning, unlock operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. My work spans multi‑market expansion, operating model design, GTM strategy development, enterprise transformation, and consumer credit innovation.

What differentiates me is my ability to combine structured problem-solving with practical execution. I build scalable frameworks, market sizing models, and business cases that inform C‑suite decisions and then partner cross‑functionally to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

I have helped organizations transform customer journeys, redesign operating models, modernize credit and risk capabilities, and activate new digital propositions across Africa.

Recently completing my MBA in Strategic Management & Digital Transformation strengthened my leadership foundation and sharpened my ambition to operate within Strategy, CEO Office, or Business Performance environments  - supporting executives in shaping organisational direction, translating strategy into action, and driving cross-functional impact.

My work has consistently focused on shaping growth strategies, designing scalable operating models, and translating complex transformation initiatives into real, measurable impact for executives.

I am now intentionally focusing my career on Strategy and CEO Office roles because that is where my strengths (structured thinking, cross-functional leadership, market insight, and execution discipline) come together to deliver the most value.

My career foundation has been spent developing broad, cross-functional strategy and transformation expertise across Africa. I started with deep analytical and operational experience, then progressed into transformation design, market planning, and strategic execution roles.

Over the last decade, I have built frameworks, redesigned operating models, delivered large-scale transformation projects, supported market entry strategies, and advised on digital and credit innovations.

All of this experience - across consulting, telecoms, financial services, and fintech - has prepared me for my next chapter: focusing intentionally on Strategy and CEO Office roles where I can support executives in shaping growth, driving performance, and making strategy actionable.
