Has relevant retail management experience acquired intensive seta accredited training and obtained certificates.Managing desired targets and controlling losses. I am a very strong believer in a team concept and people development ,with I industrial relations skills such recruiting, inniating and chairing hearings as corrective measures ,provide counceling where necessary, give out comes during disciplinary hearings. Has the capacity to initiate loss control mechanisms and a clear understanding of labour relations act ,consumer protection act and more importantly understand the need and the importance of providing world class customer service.
Education
Achieved a certificate on management development program, hold seta accredited health and safety certificate ,risk management certificate, currently on the later phase on completing a degree in government administration and development focusing on policy initiatives
Worked as a manager for Clicks group for more that 15 years .
Worked for Spar group as a manager for 8 years .
