I am a young and dynamic professional nurse looking to further expand my knowledge and expertise in the non clinical setting.The clinical setting has awarded me a lot of knowledge and skills that I believe can be used in other work settings.Skills such as working under challenging situations, working well and co ordinating with other members of the multi disciplinary team, providing safe and quality nursing care to the ill and aged.Learing how to use effective and efficient channels of communication and skills in proper conflict resolution

with more than 2 years in the clinical setting I have been a shift leader, overseeing junior staff and delegating tasks where necessary.I have rotated in many different wards ie medical ward, surgical,neo natal icu, out patient department, ante natal and all these wards have taught me many skills in how to provide quality healthcare to all my patients

I have a diploma in nursing with general,  psychiatry , community and midwifery that I studied for at Chris Hani bardgwanath nursing college.I also have a national diploma that I obtained at the university of Johannesburg
