I am an adaptable, transformational leader who drives results by engaging with staff, peers and leaders. Working within different sectors of Banking, medical, Retail and Security, has allowed me to grow and provided me with skills, knowledge and experience which has moulded me as a transformational leader who focuses on developing and mentoring people to ensure that they find their purpose and guide them to grow themselves and become better versions of themselves in the business and in life.. Building strong working relationships with the keys being trust, respect and hinesty. Having a strong vocation for customer service and ensuring that key metrics like effective efficiencies and quality interactions are created, driven and monitored by all within the relevant areas. Ensuring department goals are intrinsically aligned to the business goals and strategy. My strong process re-engineering skills is another key strength that will be of value to your business. Together with my strong leadership skills of leading by example, I believe that my positivity and engagements creates clear communication and reaffirms a strong people culture. I also look to the future and see technology partnering with people, to create better efficiencies and improve the quality to clients and believe that this is what the future will look like and we need to harness technology to compete in and ever changing world.

Experience
My experience running a 24/7 operation within the security industry these last 12years has allowed all my previous learning to co.e to the fore. Creating a quality framework for the control centre, customer service department and technical administration has improved service delivery to clients. With me creating efficiency dashboards has allowed the business to better measure staff efficiencies hourly and thereby change behaviiur and catch outliers faster resulting in staying close to. Department goals and objectives. Building KPi's that are aligned to business strategy is another key component which I have built for the areas under my control. Creating a culture where people understand their role and how they contribute to the greater business goals has been one of my greater achievements within this business.
Education
I have done various internal customer service, leadership courses since matriculation at Chatswort High School in 1989. Also with recent studies in 2019 where I completed my higher certificate in business principles and practice at Varsity college.
