About Matthew Hirst:
My work experience in architecture has afforded me the opportunity to understand structure, the importance of flow, and space. I have had exposure to small- and medium-sized projects with typologies comprising residential and small scale retail. I find architecture and interior design curious and fascinating disciplines, allowing for expression and problem solving. I am deeply driven by the use of materiality and texture. I have been drawn to interior design because it challenges us to explore higher levels of detailing.
