I function best on both occasions, in a team form to archive a common goal and individually if it's needed of me to be carrying out a task by myself. My past experience in Avbob ( Representative & manager) , PNP ( department manager) and Legalwise (field sales manager, acting business development manager) has equipped me with lot of skills that makes it easy for me adapt and be quick to learn anything put in front of me. I have more than 15 years experience with  7 of it in management position, I also have more than 15 years in driving . I have gain lots of skills that I would love to share with you should I get the opportunity to be interviewed. Being a good coach and leader comes naturally, determination is a key to growth for me . I'm target driven and always wheeling to learn new things and forever up for new challenges.i have experience in hiring, training, scheduling and management of staff, managing company assets , and I'm able to control and work on budget given.
