operations (POS). I became the top sales lady within the branch I was
working at. When given a sales target for the month I would reach it. I
was also responsible for receiving catalogues of different brands and
loading the price, product number, serial number, date of
manufacturing & also the type of the merchandise received. Whether
it was an analog, hybrid, digital, tactile or touchscreen. I was also
responsible for solving customer complaints of our product and
creating solutions for our customers. I was also was part of a project to
demonstrate to new staff members the new software that was installed
in our systems. And I was responsible for demonstrating on how it should
be used.
