My LSSA LEAD vocational training equipped me with core skills in legal drafting, research, and court procedures. I am currently under the employ of Adv. LANGUTELANI ARTHUR SHIVITI as a Legal Researcher.  I draft legal opinions and memoranda on employment law, land law, personal injury, and medical negligence. I progressed to pleadings drafting, refining my professionalism and preparedness for articles.

While I may hold an LLB degree and prior practical training, I remain equally eager if not more determined, to learn and grow under the mentorship of an esteemed practice.

Intern Legal Researcher at Advocate Langutelani Arthur Shiviti Inc (Since May 2025).

I conduct specialised legal research on briefs received from State Attorneys, focusing on employment dismissal, land law, eviction, personal injury, and medical negligence matters. I prepare comprehensive legal opinions and memoranda grounded in relevant case precedent and statutory provisions, while drafting pleadings, notices, and professional correspondence. Additionally, I provide well-informed research input to support the development and evaluation of effective legal strategies.

Student Intern Advisor at the North-West University Mafikeng Law Clinic (June 2024-August 2024)

 I participated in client consultation meetings for practical observation and exposure. I managed client communications and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality, prepared draft legal documents for court submissions under the Director's review, and conducted in-depth legal research and analysis. I also provided ad hoc research assistance to candidate attorneys, contributing to the clinic's operational efficiency.

I completed my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at North-West University from January 2021 to December 2024, achieving an average of 69% across a comprehensive curriculum covering core legal disciplines such as contract law, property law, civil procedure, employment law, and constitutional principles—directly relevant to conveyancing and candidate attorney practice.

Complementing my academic foundation, I undertook LSSA LEAD Practical Vocational Training from May to September 2025, a rigorous programme designed for law graduates transitioning to articles of clerkship. This hands-on training developed my practical skills in legal drafting, advanced research techniques, court procedures, and ethical practice, with particular emphasis on preparing pleadings, opinions, and memoranda. Through supervised exercises and real-world simulations, I gained proficiency in urgent applications, statutory interpretation, and case analysis, bridging academic knowledge with professional demands.

This combined educational experience has equipped me with both theoretical depth and practical readiness to excel under the mentorship of an esteemed legal practice.
