My name is Matete Mgiba and I have completed my qualification in Administrative management with Tshwane university of technology and I am studying Bcompt Internal Auditing with UNISA, I am currently an accounts administrator.
I am an administrative management graduate who’s self-driven, ambitious and goal orientated, volunteered at a clinic as an admin assistant. My interests lie in the admin sector, I’m flexible and open to positions in this field, I am currently looking for an organization where I can get a chance to better my skills and improve on my knowledge.
Experience
I am Responsible for all aspects of the Customer Accounts Receivable function within the company. Manage new and change points related to customer accounts including creation, data entry and review of customer accounts on SMC's systems. Collaborate with SMC-UK to reconcile customer payments received, monthly statement runs and addressing customer-initiated queries. Debtors, chasing payments for overdue customer accounts, review and oversee debtor reconciliations Process credit notes and COD invoices, allocate and post customer payments. Investigate overdue accounts (30/60/90 days), check customer credit ratings. Maintain customer communication for payments, reconcile accounts receivable ledger Resolve internal and external invoice queries, prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits Generate financial statements and reports. Perform routine bookkeeping and interest calculations.
