I am a team player and I also excel on individual tasks. I was employed in McDonalds at Queenstown as an crew  for a period of 2 years and later the next year a construction company as a general worker.

I have managed to resolve work conflicts as they get in the way of work and cost performance of the company.

I worked at McDonald's Queenstown for a period of 2 years as a crew basically doing everything from being a cashier, preparing food cleaning achieving customer excellence and following food safety procedures. 

Also worked in in a construction company called Botani construction as a general worker for a year 

Public management is basically managing and safe keeping the resources and making sure that the is excellent service delivery. I have a national Diploma in Public  Management and they Degree in Public Management from the university of Walter Sisulu University
