I work as an Executive Personal Assistant and Enrollment Specialist at M&M Music Academy, combining high-level administrative support with student admissions, event coordination, logistics and artist/recording-studio management. My duties include managing the CEO’s and directors’ diaries, handling full enrollment processes (from enquiry to Sage data entry and quotations), creating and maintaining teacher rosters via JotForm, administering Google Workspace accounts, maintaining financial and enrollment dashboards in Google Sheets, and developing workflows and documentation systems. I also coordinate events and logistics (drivers, equipment, venues), handle recruitment tasks (CV screening, interviews, contracts), manage recording-studio bookings and artist invoices/agreements for Kwena Music, and perform part-time quotation and invoicing work for A2Z Projects.

Approximate rate: ZARR 200 per hour

I have a diverse background in administrative and managerial roles across various industries. Currently, I serve as an Executive PA and Enrollment Specialist at M&M Music Academy, where I manage the CEO's diary, director of Kwena Music and the diary of the recording studio producer. My role involves overseeing student enrollment processes, coordinating events, and establishing efficient work process flows to enhance operational effectiveness. I also handle recruitment tasks and logistics. Also handle booking artists for gigs and managing all associated logistics for Kwena Music

In addition, I work part-time at A2Z Projects, where I handle quotations and invoices for a construction company, manage financial tracking, and oversee diary management.

Previously, I have worked as a Personal Assistant and Receptionist at Alu-Cab Holdings, where I managed correspondence and organized meetings for multiple directors. My experience also includes roles in retail management at FoodXpress, marketing and administration at Alu-Maintenance, and customer service at Tony’s Roma.

Additionally, I received on-deck training directly from our CEO, which has provided me with valuable insights into effective management and operational strategies.
