• Heavy Industrial Electrical Construction Projects –Site Supervisor in Live High Voltage sites. 
• Site working on: Medupi Power Station Lephalale (Ellisras)
• Supervising Cable Installations, Glanding and terminations of cables, Earthing on structures and Equipment, Stores, overhead stringing of equipment and hardware (Bull Conductor) and overhead Earthing (Centipede Conductor), Transformer Earthing, JB installation, High mast lighting, Control panel in stallion, Tubular bus bar installation. 
• Supervise 15+ Employees, depending on tasks at hand. Overall (all teams combined) I Supervise ± 30 employees.
• Reticulation HV & LV
• Civil works
• Store management, Stock control and stacking and storing. Issuing of tools and equipment
• Take O. R. H. V. S permits in live high voltage sites.
• SHEQ (Safety) and Quality related: Inspection sheets, Toolbox Talks, Induction arrangements, Method Statements, Base line Risk Assessments, QITP – data packs (Inspection Test Plan) – I also have done ISO9001:2008 Understanding and Implementation (NQF Level 5) and passed at SABS
• Review supporting documentation against all required standards, i.e. Test Certificates.
• Ensure that all check sheets are completed and signed off.
• Release components into or out of any section
• Labeling of components and materials – Make sure that all components and material are labeled on receipt during the project 
• Quality control - Perform Quality control on all components / materials received or released into or out of any section.
• Perform activities as per relevant check sheets, work instructions / Method Statements
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on all components / materials – Provide an accurate metrology service to the department, be competent with measurement methods and tools
