Maropeng Phetoe

I am a self-motivated, organized Food Technologist with excellent organizational skills.  I have experience in quality assurance, food production,  food safety, and laboratory environment with exposure to meat processing, bakery, abattoir, fruits processing, vegetable processing,  and poultry industry for more than 10 years.  I am a fast learner and can adapt well to the new environment. 

I can multi-task, work independently and as part of the team.  I have acquired skills in managing teams and entrepreneurship.  I have a passion for food operations and the science behind the processes.

Worked as the Laboratory technician in the beef abattoir managing the laboratory and running chemical and microbiological tests, sampling raw and final products. Exposure to quality control, quality assurance, and food safety team member in the bakery and meat processing
