I am Mario Koza. I have a strong background in property studies and real estate. I graduated with a BSc Honours in Property Studies from the University of Witwatersrand. I am skilled in market analysis, real estate valuation, and financial assessments. I am a detail-oriented and motivated individual, always eager to learn and take on new challenges. I have experience in property valuation, leasing, and managing client relationships.

I have experience in real estate valuation, leasing, and customer analytics. In my recent role as a Customer Analyst at Vukile Property Fund, I conducted comprehensive market analysis, developed financial models, and assessed tenant risk profiles to support business decisions. I also analyzed trading statistics and customer data to identify key performance metrics and opportunities for improvement. My work has helped optimize leasing and property management strategies while supporting lease negotiations and renewals.

I hold a BSc Honours Degree in Property Studies from the University of Witwatersrand, where I graduated in 2023 with an impressive 80% average, specializing in Real Estate Development, Commercial Real Estate Investments, Valuations, and Market Analysis. Prior to that, I earned a BSc Degree in Construction Studies (Property Studies) in 2022, achieving a 75% average. This education has provided me with a strong foundation in property and construction principles, along with practical skills in market analysis, financial forecasting, and property valuation techniques.

Currently, I am furthering my education as a Data Science student at Regenesys Business School. This ongoing course enhances my analytical skills and equips me with advanced tools to interpret data effectively, complementing my background in property studies and preparing me for a successful career in the  industry.
