Marinei HERSELMAN

I am a diligent and committed social worker with experience in 
clinical social work, child protection, addiction and psychiatric social 
work. Social work lecturer at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa. I 
hold a PhD in social work and have over 20 years of experience in the 
field including Social Work training and employment in New York USA. 
I am an energetic social worker with excellent analytical problem solving 
skills. Able to navigate my role as a social worker independently and work 
well under pressure. I strive for social innovation for effective, wellresearched and context- specific solutions for individuals, groups and 
vulnerable communities. My demonstrated ability to collaborate with team 
members in various settings sets the stage in developing cohesion 
amongst staff members. Excellent in developing and implementing policy 
for projects. 
I have demonstrated the ability to undertake leadership and adminstrative task of various levels of management.
