My name is Maricio Mc Allister. I have been un the field of construction and engineering for 16 years. I am a hard diligent work and i strive to grow fuether within the industry. I goal oriented in delivering the best product or service possible. I am a teamplayer and vigilant within the work place. 

An experienced Civil Engineering Technician, with over 15 years of work experience, spanning across the Public and Private Sectors.

The nature of my role requires me to be competent in the following areas: complex problem-solving, structural and water design, teamwork, detailing drawings to the highest quality and ensuring professionalism to the highest degree within the workplace.

My project exposure allows me to fulfil my duties to the best of my abilities and to deliver the best end product to all parties. I have experience on-site with regards general building practices, civil engineering projects in conjunction with SANS1200 & Colto, bulk water supply and water reticulation. My exposure to consulting has introduced me to design according to the SABS Codes and draughting of construction plans for both government and private sectors. 

I found a deep passion for the environment of both construction and consulting. Mostly being passionate about water engineering. I am a hard worker and more so in particular passionate in personal development and growth. I pursue to learn new and innovative ways to better myself to perform the best of my ability in the work environment to ensure the best efficiency and results.

Given the opportunity, I am excited at the prospect of forging a new upward trajectory in my career, further building on my acumen and skills I have acquired over the years in the construction and consulting industry.
