Registered psychologist with 29 years experience  in assisting organizations, individuals and groups to find solutions to challenges. I am passionate about finding ways to support others to change behaviour to align with desired goals. My experience encompasses employee assistance and employee well-being, health and safety, mental health, counselling and coaching with diverse cultures. I have extensive research skills experience in quantitative and qualitative research. I excel in the development and implementation of training interventions relevant to identified needs. I work well with a variety of professionals such as occupational health practitioners, safety professionals, facilitators, line management, marketing and communications specialists.
