I have extensive experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development running over 20 years.  I  can add value to any company willing to hire me. I have general knowledge in HR. I am currently responsible for leadership development. 

Experience

I started my career as an adult educator,  went Human Resources as the HR administrator,  then Learning and Development Practitioner. I later became Learning and Development Manager,  then Snr HR .I am currently the Supervisor ETD. 

Education

I have an adult education qualification from UNISA. I have an HR Diploma.  I have just completed an RPL NQF Level 7 with MANCOSA. I will be doing my masters in Human Science next year.
